Who is responsible

The publisher operating bartinikesfet.com is responsible for personal data on this site. A trade name and postal address are not published on this page yet.

What is stored

An account stores a name, an email address and a secure hash of the password. The password is not stored in plain text.

Business, event and offer applications store the form fields and images you upload. An advertising request stores a name, email, phone number, business name and message.

The sign-in cookie bdnv_session lasts at most 7 days and is removed on logout. The measurement cookie bdnv_conversion_session lasts at most 24 hours. Conversion records do not store an IP address. Rate limiting keeps a temporary hash derived from the address.

Why it is used

Records are used to open an account, review an application, reply to an advertising request and measure which business page was viewed. They are not sold and are not sent to an advertising network to build a visitor profile.

When you continue to a map, ticket office or business website, that service’s own terms apply.

Your requests

You can ask whether your data is processed, ask for correction or deletion, and object to the processing. If the request is not resolved, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority: https://www.kvkk.gov.tr

Account and application records are kept until a deletion request is handled or the session expires. There is no automatic delete button; the request is made through the contact form.
